Mission

Reporting to the Production Director, the primary mission of the Project Manager is to lead and ensure the complete success of installation projects, from a technical, financial, human, and contractual perspective.

He/She acts as the main point of contact and central interface between the company and external stakeholders (Clients, Project Owners, Engineering Offices, Suppliers, Subcontractors), and internally coordinates execution teams (Site Managers, Technicians, Subcontractors).

1. Key Responsibilities

Preparation, Planning and Technical Coordination

Technical Handover:
Ensure the technical transition between the Sales Department and the Production Department.

File Analysis:
Review and thoroughly analyze project plans, technical specifications, and the commercial file.

Definition of Solutions:
Define technical solutions in strict compliance with the specifications and in collaboration with the Technical Coordinator.

Planning:
Establish and validate the execution schedule with the Project Owner and Project Management team.

Resources:
Identify and quantify the human and material resources required for proper project execution.

2. Procurement and Logistics Management

Purchasing and Supply:
Manage material procurement under optimal conditions in terms of quality, price, and delivery time.

Delivery Planning:
In close collaboration with the Logistics Department, ensure the planning, preparation, and organization of project deliveries (the Logistics Department manages external carriers).

3. Execution, Site Monitoring and Communication

Overall Project Management:
Oversee the project in its entirety, from study phase to client handover.

On-site Interventions:
Plan and coordinate on-site operations.

Communication:
Communicate essential information clearly and appropriately to Site Managers and the Production Director.

Project Documentation:
Ensure comprehensive documentation of the entire project (execution plans, various lists, As-Built file).

4. Financial and Contractual Management

Profitability Monitoring:
Continuously monitor project profitability. In collaboration with the Finance Department and under the supervision of the Production Director, he/she is responsible for the financial performance of the project.

Margin Optimization:
Adopt a proactive approach to optimize project margin and revenue, notably by proposing alternative technical solutions (subject to validation by the Production Director).

Change Order Management:
Cost and formalize additional and reduced works, and communicate appropriate amendments to the client.

Invoicing and Progress Tracking:
Ensure validation of progress reports by the client and communicate billing instructions to the Finance Department.

5. Quality, Compliance and Client Relations

Compliance with Standards:
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, safety standards, workplace well-being requirements, and the technical-legal framework (RGIE, etc.).

Contractual Compliance:
Ensure strict compliance with contractual elements (execution deadlines, technical and administrative specifications, specific standards).

Client Satisfaction:
Ensure client satisfaction and act as an ambassador for the company’s image and reputation.

Profile Required

1. Knowledge and Experience

Technical Expertise:
Strong technical knowledge across all trades executed by the company (audio, lighting, video, networking, mechanical, electrical, etc.).

Experience:
Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, both nationally and internationally.

Tools:
Good knowledge of Computer-Aided Design (CAD). Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Comfortable using ERP systems and digital project management platforms.

Languages:
We operate nationally and internationally. Fluency in French and Dutch (bilingual) is a major asset to build strong bridges with our clients and partners.

Mobility:
Willingness to travel occasionally (nationally and/or internationally).
