The brand new AG Insurance campus is located in the centre of Brussels. Designed for employees, it is intended to be a place where they can meet and learn. The insurer hopes to offer its employees a working environment that is more focused on well-being and sustainability.
AG called on Inytium for its expertise in the field of performance halls, events and interactivity. We were commissioned to provide and install the audiovisual equipment for their modular double auditorium. This auditorium meets a number of challenges:
– Its modular aspect allowing four configurations:
- Two separate auditoria (250 and 150 seats)
- A large 400-seat auditorium in frontal mode
- A large 400-seat auditorium in bi-frontal mode (centralised stage area)
– Its dual type of use :
- Total autonomy of the user via a simple and powerful touch interface combining the control of all audiovisual fundamentals: Video broadcasting – Video capture – Conferencing – Audio – Scenographic lighting – Smart building.
- Possibility of total control of the system by a team of event professionals.
– Possibility of hybridizing events by extending the Teams Room AG Insurance ecosystem within the two auditoriums, making audio and video streams available for video conferencing.
This project was made possible by bringing together the technologies of leading audiovisual players: Qsys for audio processing, video capture and control, Analog Way for video processing, Kramer for switching and routing of video signals, Christie and Multivision for video projection, Shure and Yamaha for audio capture, Chamsys and Chauvet for scenographic lighting.
